The Subconscious Mind is The Key To Success

I had an experience that I thought I could write it here but I don’t know whether this article interesting or not, but keep it as a review anyway.

One day when I was working one of my friend's face flashed in my mind, I don’t know why his face appeared but that was quickly forgotten. A few days after that when I was visiting a supermarket I met him accidentally. He greeted me: hello, how are you? I had not seen you so long, you have been successful. And then we've been on a long conversation to the coffee shop. Was it a coincidence? I guessed not.

He started the conversation and said, I noticed you've been successful and may I know the success secrets? And I asked him back, How about you? you seem already very successful.

One glanced at his face told me he was unhappy and he said, yeah I did, but these days after the global crisis, the current market in sluggish conditions, no purchasing power and the there is no increase in turnover. Do you have a solution? What do you suggested? And I said : I'm not a motivator, but allow me to explain what are generally told by the motivators. Just what I said has something to do with the subconscious mind that I have learned from my Mentor and the power of the subconscious mind is amazing. That’s it. I don’t have to be an expert or a motivator to tell you about this, right? Can I continue? Eagerly he said : Be my guest, tell me how to success?

These are the keys to success that I have learned from my Mentor :

There are 5 things to do to achieve success, the keys to success, success in any field, success in business, employment relationships, success in the family, success in career, etc and all of the successes were related to the power of the subconscious mind.

1. Dream : We must have Dream, we must know and clearly what we really want. Make a dream list and make sure the dreams that we write should be personal and meaningful because a very personal and meaningful dream is the dream that we really wanted from the deepest of heart and was not influenced by others. This relates to the energy of the mind, the vibrations of thought would be attracting thoughts that have the same vibration and can be consciously and deliberately directed into a target and we just need an Intention.

2. Belief : We have to Believe (not in the sense of religious belief, but believe it will get great results as expected), belief in touch with the subconscious mind. If we're not believe we would not be able to succeed. Believe that the dream will come true.

3. Grateful : We should be grateful, after we really believe we will be thankful to the God of good fortune and blessings we will receive. We won’t be grateful if we are not believe, right? Many people are not grateful, because they only see other people’s condition better than him and likes to compare himself with others for example, people more successful, more beautiful, richer, more handsome, smarter, more and more. Do not just see someone better than us, look at the life of people worse than us, that's how we can be grateful.

4. Resignedly : After we are grateful we must be resignedly. resignedly in this context is although we have set our dreams and want to be able to reach it, but we do not impose our will to God. We try to do something as good as possible and the results we leave it to God.

5. Prayer : Prayer is the last thing we should do. Do it through the quality of thought, speech and our actions at any time, anywhere.

Now relax and take a deep breath three times, close your eyes and visualize that your dream has become a reality, do affirmations with positive words and then imagine or visualize your dream and remember what you want will happen faster if your mind on conditions in the alpha-theta wave, that’s called subconscious mind wave which according to brain wave experts consisting of Beta waves (awake or fully conscious state that is dominated by the logic), Alpha waves (the person who was relaxing, daydreaming or imagining, his brain wave is at this frequency), Theta waves (this frequency indicate someone was in a dream state), Delta waves (the lowest frequency is radiated when someone fell asleep, without dreams, subconscious, unable to feel the weight, not thinking) and the most appropriate time to do visualization and affirmations are 30 minutes before bedtime.

But if you're busy or do not have enough time you can hear the special relaxation music which from relaxation cd, relaxation dvd or the relaxation video every day for two times before and after work to create a calm mind and will be easier to relax and can take you to the subconscious mind and can be used for therapy relaxation or relaxation meditation. The point is to make your heart feel good. Just try it and if you intend it will definitely succeed.

Got an idea where you are going with your hub. It's true that success starts in the subconscious mind. It's nature is to reflect or outpicture whatever one desires. However, this desire must be impressed upon it. That's fantastic.
